There has been a lot of buzz surrounding the NXT Takeover Philly and how it was one of the best events that WWE put together in a long time and probably one of the best NXT Takeover’s that they are going to ever produce. It seemed that every match was better than the previous one.

Just when we thought that the guys following a battle are not going to be able to match what wrestlers before them did, we were proven wrong. After that Black vs. Cole match ended, we thought that it was the Match of the Night.

Well, Andrade Cien Almas and Johnny Gargano had something to say about that. They put on a show that nobody is going to forget soon. The battle was so good that the fans were on the edge of their seats for the last ten minutes of the battle. Not only it had a huge amount of drama, but the moves were executed to the perfection. These two are both master technicians in the ring.

As a matter of fact, the showdown was so good that Dave Meltzer grades it with five stars on his famous ranking system. As you already know, it’s really hard to get that kind of rating from Meltzer. Only six times in the history of the WWE one of their matches got that rating, which makes this battle one of the best in the history of the company.

Last time WWE got this kind of rating was during the Money in the Bank pay per view in 2011 when CM Punk won his first WWE Championship when he beat John Cena. That PPV is going to be remembered as one of the greatest ever, just like this Takeover will be one of the best of all time.
