We will definitely see Negan once again in the new season. The actor who portrays this character, Jeffrey Dean Morgan has spoken on The Howard Stern Show. There is no doubt that Morgan, who really had to give his best to portray the notorious villain in the TV series, will return since he said: “I know I will be on board for Season 8.”

For those of you who regularly read Robert Kirkman’s comics, this should be no surprise at all, considering that the character has been alive in more than fifty issues after he appeared for the first time. The Walking Dead Season 8 Confirmed

AMC has confirmed the Walking Dead Season 8, and this is something that has been expected. What is interesting is that Season 8 has been announced even before the start of Season 7 and it is great that the fans don’t have to wait so long for new seasons of the show.

Charlie Collier, the president of AMC, SundanceTV and AMC Studios said in a statement: “Eeny, meeny, miny, more. What a joy to partner with Robert Kirkman, Scott M. Gimple and some of the hardest-working people in television to bring The Walking Dead to the fans. And, most important, thanks to those fans for breathing life into this remarkable series right along with us.”

As we have already said, the Season 8 will start to air in October this year, and it will have 16 episodes.
