Vanderpump Rules is possibly one of the most liked series aired on Bravo TV, but there are no promises related to Season 6.

Although seemingly there is no reason to think that we will not get to see the sequel, Scheana Marie affirmed that the network still hasn’t renewed the show.

On April 19, she responded to a fan on her Twitter account “We aren’t officially renewed yet. Fingers crossed!!”

Strangely enough, her tweet was published only a month after her suggesting that the filming starts from May. In one of her interviews, Marie stated that her boyfriend would be joining her in front of the cameras if they stay together through May.

Vanderpump Rules started broadcasting in January 2013, and it continued from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

Just two years after Lisa Vanderpump became a member of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast and befriended one of the co-stars Brandi Glanville, Bravo TV organized a crossover episode which started the spinoff show. In the episode, Brandi Glanville faced Scheana Marie eye-to-eye about her affair with Eddie Cibrian, her ex-husband.

In 2009, when Eddie Cibrian’s affair with LeAnn Rimes was revealed to the public, Scheana Marie stepped forward as Eddie’s another mistress and insisted that he told her that he was not married at the time they were a thing.

In one of her interviews, she explained her 2006 affair. “It started as an every other Tuesday thing. He would come to my work, we’d go get drinks and after, hang out at my house.” She also added “It went on for about six months and then [my] mom calls me one day and she’s like, ‘So that guy Eddie that you’ve been hanging out with… I just picked up the morning [paper] and it says that him and his wife Brandi of like, I don’t know five years at the time, are expecting their second child.’”

Having reported the encounter between Brandi and Scheana, Vanderpump Rules widened the cast of the series and started following others from the SUR Restaurant staff, together with Tom Sandoval, Stassi Schroeder, Katie Maloney, Tom Schwartz, Jax Taylor and Kristen Doute.

Lisa Vanderpump, the SUR restaurant co-owner, and Ken Todd, her husband can often be seen in the show.

Through the five seasons of the show, they added some more members, including James Kennedy, Lala Kent, Brittany Cartwright, Ariana Madix and Vail Bloom, and some important relationships have been established. In Season 2, Scheana Marie got engaged to Mike Shay, and later in Season 3, Maloney and Schwartz got engaged as Scheana Marie got married.

Although it remains to be seen whether Vanderpump Rules will be renewed for Season 6 by Bravo TV, the show’s fans still have something to anticipate: the spinoff of Brittany Cartwright and Jax Taylor.

On April 10, Bravo TV announced that Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright, his girlfriend, will get their own series which will be located in her hometown in Kentucky. The show is expected to premiere this summer, and it will be named Vanderpump Rules: Jax & Brittany Take Kentucky.

In their statement, the network said that the 30-minute show will follow the bartender with a bad boy image, Jax Taylor, and his southern beauty girlfriend Brittany Cartwright as they go on a vacation to the farm of her family in Kentucky. He decided to leave his bulky sweater and take on overalls. Jax is a complete misfit as a guy from the city in the southern like lifestyle, but he tries to impress all of her friends and family.
