The injury bug is always biting in the world of sports. Professional wrestling is no different than any other sport as it is always dangerous, people are risking their well-being every single time that they are in the ring. Around Summerslam, two stars on Monday Night Raw suffered two big injuries that are going to sideline them for some time. We are talking about Bayley that has suffered a shoulder injury on Raw a couple of weeks back and Big Cass that has suffered a knee injury on Raw after the Summerslam.

When it comes to Bayley, she stated that she had separated the shoulder and that she is going to have it checked out again in a month in order for the WWE officials to see when she will be able to return. They wanted to build her back up as a believable babyface, but maybe this was the best thing that could have happened to her. The character itself needs a reset, this girl needs a break, and that is something that this injury is able to give her.

When it comes to Big Cass, the injury is much more serious, and he is going to be out for a long time. During his fight on Raw with Enzo Amore, Cass suffered a torn ACL, and he already went through a surgery regarding it. That is going to sideline him for at least six months as that is a really big injury. It happened in a really bad time as he was getting the push as a heel, but now that will have to be on hold for the time being.
