The premier of The Ranch Season 2 is on June 16, as it has been officially confirmed by Netflix and there are already rumors about what the new episodes will be like. So far, we have seen a lot of unexpected turns in the lives of the Bennett family members, but what happens next?

At the end of Season 1, Colt Bennett, played by Ashton Kutcher, wanted to propose to his high school sweetheart Abby, who was portrayed by luscious Elisha Cuthbert. However, he found out that his ex-girlfriend Heather (Kelli Goss) got pregnant which might mark an end of Colt and Abby. It is so hard for Abby to trust Colt, but once she finds out that Heather is pregnant, it will be a smack in the face for her. They were so close to getting back together, but this will be a huge setback.

On the other side, Colt, who has always been selfish and self-absorbed, will have to grow up and this baby can help him do so. This new caring and responsible Colt can perhaps win Abby back, as she will realize what kind of person he can be, but there is no doubt that she will take some time to fall back for him. Unless he falls in love with Heather again, who knows.

Moving on to Rooster Bennett (Danny Masterson), he is working away from the family Ranch and thus betrays his father Beau (Sam Elliot) who just cannot look at his son the same way. From one point it’s not a good thing for the family that Rooster is not working on the farm, but on the other hand, he can be his own boss, and he doesn’t want to be under his shadow. However, the tension between the two will grow until Rooster decides to work on the Ranch.

Here is the official info for The Ranch for those who haven’t watched the show yet: “Set in present day on a Colorado ranch, this multi-camera family comedy features returning stars: Ashton Kutcher, Danny Masterson, Sam Elliott and Debra Winger. The show follows Colt’s (Kutcher) return home after a brief and failed semi- pro football career to run the family ranching business with his older brother Jameson “Rooster” (Masterson) and father Beau (Elliott), whom he hasn’t seen in 15 years. Winger stars as Colt’s and Jimmy’s mother, Maggie, who runs the local town bar. The series also features Elisha Cuthbert (Abby), and fellow That 70’s Show alum Wilmer Valderrama (Umberto).”
