The Oak Island is an incredible place which has been wrapped in a mystery that people are trying to solve for more than 200 years. According to old stories, the immense treasure has been hidden on the island, and for many years we could see people trying to uncover it.

Latest attempts of retrieving of valuable items were done by Lagina brothers, Rick and Marty and during ten years they managed to gather some impressive things and real treasure pieces. History Channel decided to contact brothers and offered them a deal for a reality TV show, which just recently finished its fourth season.

During their time on TV, and even before they made a deal, the team managed to salvage some interesting pieces. Here we have a huge number of images of everything that these guys found at various parts of the island.

From man-made wooden pieces that are buried in Money Pit at 50-60-100 feet to parts of the ships and galleons. Gold coins and other valuable items clearly suggest that people were coming here, but the question is why.

There are many theories about what has been hidden here, and The Curse Of Oak Island is trying to find all those precious items.

Here we have the images of a vast number of interesting pieces that were scattered all over the place.

  1. I LIKE THESE KIND OF SHOWS. BUT SOMEDAY I WISH THAT THEY WOULD JUST FIND ANYTHING OTHER THEN JUST ENOUGH TO KEEP YOU COMING BACK THE NEXT WEEK. GRANTED I KNOW IT TAKES TIME, BUT STILLSOMETHING MORE THEN JUST A COIN OR CROSS.

  2. I agree with flafreethinker that the freed slave Samual Ball seemed to accumulate a lot of money for a small time farmer. Is there not a way to find out his net worth or how much he paid for property? Did he pay cash or have mortgages? These records should be available.

  3. Could have combined all of the seasons into 1 documentary, but I loved the show anyway!
    Could it be……❓

  4. I realize that there have been setbacks and disappointed fans that think it’s a slow moving process, but others before them have encountered all these difficulties before them and six people have died on those mission’s. They do not want to lose anymore lives, some stringent precautions have to be put in place. Today they have all this modern equipment that would boggle the minds of those that went before, also very expensive and they have a budget to keep within. I follow this show with amazement at the artifacts already found. It proves that there is truth in the process by finding old document’s in libraries and town records showing previous knowledge of Oak Island’s activities. Floor spike from an old Spanish Galleon, floor bards, documented old coins some at depths so deep as to be unreachable with out modern equipment. Documented papers that Franklin Roosevelt was very interested in the comings and goings there, among others who have also been very interested in Oak Island. How many years and obstacles were put in the way of those exploring “The Great Pyramids of Giza,” and the opening of Kings Tuts Tomb. I would say to all the armchair experts and naysayers, sometimes the experts know more than we do and we should let them have at it. I love the Lagina brothers and their honest love and respect for each other. What if they gave up on this island and a few years down the the road a monumental discovery was unearthed.. Hmmmm!

  5. I am a weekly watcher of the show. Was very disappointed with the finale. More so so clues, and very little actual results. My big question that never gets investigated is the Former slave Samuel Ball. The story goes he was a freed slave that moved to the island growing vegetables, and some how ended up becoming very wealthy. Maybe HE found the treasure. That should be a top priority investigation wise, and it simply gets glossed over. I’m sure there will be a fifth season, since it is a hit show. I can tell you the interest is still there. But make it more informative instead of sentimental, the story lines need more action.
