Spider-Man has been introduced to Marvel Cinematic Universe, which was a result of the agreement between Marvel Studios and Sony Pictures. This means that the new film Spider-Man: Homecoming will be a reboot of the famous franchise under the MCU management and as such will bring light refreshments upon its release.
Tom Holland will be playing Spider-Man, and he has proven himself as just the person for the part after his debut in Captain America: Civil War. Tom will take on a role of a teenage Peter Parker who will be struggling to keep the balance between his everyday life and his life as a superhero. The trailer for the upcoming movie was expected to come along with the Doctor Strange release, under the helm of Marvel Studios. However, due to a delay, it is assumed that Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, will be its breakthrough. The film’s release is expected very soon, most likely in one month time.
Tom Holland is excited about the film-making and is more than satisfied with his cooperation with Marvel Studios. He confessed not long ago that he would be a part of as many as six Marvel’s movies: “They give you options, and those could be exercised whenever. Like a cameo in Avengers. I’m unclear as to which movies, though,” Holland explained. “I do know I have three Spider-Man movies and three solo movies contracted.”
Spider-Man: Homecoming Release Date
The premiere of the highly anticipated Spider-Man: Homecoming is expected on July 7, 2017, in North America. In 2017, three titles are to be released by MCU, but the next two years will also be as busy as the following one nonetheless.
