There is no secret that Dwayne The Rock Johnson is one of the biggest stars in Hollywood today. It just seems that he is in every single movie as we always get the chance to hear about his new projects and all the stuff that he is working on as of late. Yes, this guy is busy enough not to be at Wrestlemania, an event in which he always shows up in some capacity, at least in the last few years since he came back to the WWE.
Now, it seems that he is working on a new movie. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Dwayne The Rock Johnson is going to be in Disney’s new film called Jungle Cruise. This one is going to be produced by The Rock’s Seven Buck Productions, and it is described as “One of the Disneyland’s original rides and takes park-goers on a journey through a range of leafy settings such as Africa’s Nile and Congo rivers as well as South America’s Amazon.”
Filming of this one will begin in the spring of 2018. The Rock is a busy man, so the fact that filming will begin more than a year away from today comes in as a no surprise. The fans will have to wait a little bit for this one to come out.
The Rock himself also briefly commented on his new project. Here is what he wrote on his Twitter account: “The big one we’ve been working on. Building out this huge property with @Disney is gonna be fun! @DanyGarciaCo @SevenBucksProd #JungleCruise.
