According to the latest Forbes list of the richest 400 people in America, co-founder of Microsoft, Bill Gates is the first with $81 billion, and he is in that position for 23 years in a row. His friend, investor Warren Buffett fell to third place, for the first time in 15 years, from $65.5 billion. Amazon’s managing director Jeff Bezos is second with an increase of $20 billion with a net worth of $67 billion, according to Mansionglobal.com. Next is Mark Zuckerberg (Facebook) with $55.5 billion, founder of “Oracle” Larry Ellison ($49.3 billion), former Mayor of New York Michael Bloomberg ($45 billion). These six multi-billionaires together, believe it or not, have a total of $363.3 billion, and most of their wealth is in real estate.
