The best Serbian tennis player Novak Djokovic and Boris Becker officially ended their cooperation on Tuesday. These two started working together in 2014, and during that time Novak became the most dominant player in tennis. Marian Vajda should continue to work with Novak, but here are possible six new coaches who will take Boris Becker’s place.

1. Pete Sampras

The legendary tennis player has been Novak’s idol for a long time. According to Djokovic, he was the number one option in 2014, but Djokovic and Vajda decided that Boris Becker was a better choice at the time. Sampras who won 14 Grand Slam titles wants to be a part of tennis again.

We have another tennis legend from the USA who won eight Grand Slam titles. He worked with Andy Murray, Maria Sharapova, Andy Roddick and Eugenie Bouchard. Is he the best choice for Djokovic?

3. Alejo Mancisidor

This 46-year old Spanish expert is famous for a great cooperation with Garbiñe Muguruza, who was a winner of Roland Garros. This duo worked together from 2010 to 2015.

4. Amelie Mauresmo

She was assisting Andy Murray until May 2016, but she had to stop working after she had got pregnant. According to tennis experts, she was the one who managed to improve Andy Murray’s psychological strength, who became more composed on the court. Mauresmo helped Andy win three Grand Slam finals, but she also coached Marion Bartoli, who won the Wimbledon trophy in 2013.

5. Brad Gilbert

He also used to play tennis. He also worked with some terrific players such as Andy Murray, Andy Roddick and Kei Nishikori. The most notable cooperation was between him and Andre Agassi, which lasted for eight years. Agassi won six Grand Slam titles, but Gilbert also coached Roddick, who won the only Grand Slam tournament in his career during their cooperation – US Open in 2003.

6. Stefan Edberg

The Swede and Boris Becker were great rivals at the time, but Stefan Edberg doesn’t have a lot of coaching experience. He worked with Federer two years ago, but only as a consultant, not a coach.

Who would you like to see as the next Novak Djokovic’s coach? Maybe someone who is not on the list?
