Week 2 starts with Thursday Night Football and another big divisional rivalry. The Jets will try to make up for their one-point home loss to the Bengals while the Bills need to bounce back after that horrid performance on the offensive side of the ball against the Ravens.

Rex Ryan is a master when it comes to defense. One of the best defensive minds in the game. But, on offense, more times than not he looks like he doesn’t know what he is doing. And now, in Week 2, he will be facing his former team, the New York Jets, a team with stellar defense.

Tyrod Talyor was anemic in Week 1. Couldn’t get anything done. McCoy and their running game were non-existent. And it doesn’t look like they are going to improve. With Watkins having some problems with his foot and them facing great Jets defense, it can only get worse for Rex and company. Bills’ QB will be in for a long night against the Jets if he doesn’t use his legs to get himself and his team going. He needs to run the ball, and Rex needs to recognize that.

New York Jets are serious contenders for the postseason and loss against their divisional competitors will push them back. They are way more talented on offense than this Bills team, and they should be able to prove it.

Don’t expect a high-scoring game, but expect the Jets to put up more than 20 points on the scoreboard. On the other hand, you should consider Bills lucky if their point total shows two digits.
