It’s a bit surprising to see how the NFC has unfolded so far. Teams that people thought are going to be good have struggled so far. On the other hand, we have a few teams leading this conference that weren’t considered Super Bowl contenders before the season began.

NFC EAST: Dallas Cowboys – How not to pick the Cowboys to win the division when they are 6-1. They are one of the best teams in the NFC, but they have bigger goals waiting for them later in the season. All teams in this division can make the postseason as a wild card team.

NFC SOUTH: Atlanta Falcons – Panthers are in way too big of a hole to catch the Falcons at some point this season. Atlanta is playing good football, their offense is one of the best in the NFL while they have the MVP candidate in Matty Ice. Ryan has been sensational so far, and same is with the Falcons.

NFC WEST: Seattle Seahawks – Cardinals have been a shell of themselves and Seattle will comfortably win the division. They were lucky not to lose at Arizona, but Cards have also survived the ‘Hawks just because of a missed field goal. Arizona can make a run for the wild card spot while other teams in this division are done.

NFC NORTH: Green Bay Packers – This one is maybe surprising, but we don’t believe in the Vikes going forward. They will most likely win the wild card playoff spot, and that’s it, we don’t see them as Super Bowl contenders, they won’t win this division. Green Bay will come out on top with a score that will probably place them as the 4th seed in the NFC playoff race.

Minnesota and one team from the NFC East will most likely win wild card spots, while the two squads that competed in last years NFC Championship game are going to miss the playoffs. The times have changed in the NFC.
