Miami Dolphins vs. Philadelphia Eagles – Preseason Week 3 Predictions

Miami has looked really bad in their 31:7 loss to the Baltimore Ravens. Grant it, the final scores of the Preseason games are far from important. Teams usually play with a lot of backups and guys that aren’t even going to make the team. Still, it doesn’t look good to lose like that as that shows just how deep your team is. Or, in this case, it isn’t. They got demolished, and they will be looking to rebound from that performance.

For them, this preseason is all about Jay Cutler adjusting to what Miami Dolphins want to do on the offensive side of the ball. If you remember how they won most of their games last year, you will see that the defense was the one that carried them in those matchups. They will be just fine in 2017 as well, it is their offense that is going to have to improve if they want to go further than before.

On the other hand, we have the Eagles that have booster their defense with the trade of Jordan Matthews, which was a nice move for them. Alshon Jeffery is the one that is going to help Carson Wentz continue to develop and turn into what Eagles’ officials hoped he could become when they traded up in order to get him. Now, he needs to take that next step with a big-name wideout like Alshon is.

We don’t really expect a great match here or a lot of points to be on the board. Since the game is in Philly, we are going to pick the Eagles to get the job done here and win another Preseason contest. We got Philly ending up victorious in this one 17:13.
