According to the HawaiiNewsNow, it seems that Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson has returned to Hawaii. Yes, it is confirmed by Dwayne’s Instagram photo which shows him getting off the plane and throwing a shaka.

The Instagram image we mentioned, as you can see below, shows our hero walking down the runway with the shaka sign and it is captioned “Eagle has landed. Hawaii. Great to be back home in our aloha spirit. Look forward to seeing everyone for our big #JumanjiPressJunket. Welcome to our island and let’s have some fun. Aloha Nui Loa ~ DJ.” As we managed to find out Dwayne traveled to Hawaii for a special screening of his new movie Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle.

As you all know from the vast reports we made earlier, the Jumanji spinoff (of the 1995 movie that starred comedian Robin Williams) was filmed on various locations all over Hawaii. You all know the story, but here is a quick reminder of what this movie is all about. In the original ’95 title, two kids find and play a magical board game, they release a man trapped for decades in it and a host of dangers that can only be stopped by finishing the game. The new spinoff is similar to the original story, but it has been, sort of, let’s say brought to date with the storyline where now four teenagers discover an old video game console and are literally drawn into the game’s jungle setting becoming the adult avatars they chose. Dwayne’s new movie will host a special military screening of Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle, and this will take place on Wednesday, Nov. 29th, at 7 p.m. at Hickam Air Force Base, and you can expect it at theaters near you on December 20. As a bonus, check out Dwayne’s facebook poster which has special thanks from Dwayne. Here is what it says:

My name is Miloš Kalajdžić and I come from Brčko DC in Bosnia. I was born on July 20 th 1988 and so far I obtained a BSc in economics and one year of working experience in my field of study. I am a very hard-working person who leaves nothing unfinished and halfway done. When I commit to something I give my best to make sure that everything is done the way as it is supposed to be. I like cars and everything that comes with them. My passion are American muscle cars, but unfortunately the closest I managed to come near one is behind my laptop watching an image of the new Chevy or Dodge and writing about it. But that’s ok I’m still optimistic. When I’m not behind the laptop writing I’m on the streets and auto shows admiring all stuff rolling on four wheels being propelled by a petrol engine!
