Jeep Wrangler will get a few more special editions before it is replaced

As the Jeep enthusiasts out there know, the current JK generation Jeep Wrangler has been on the market for a while now and, unfortunately, its existence on this world is nearing an end. But it will not ride into the sunset that soon because, as we managed to find out, Fiat Chrysler is going to replace it with an all-new model just after it receives at least two more special editions.

One of those special editions is pictured here, and it is called the Chief, and it is basically a retro model with medium-blue paint contrasted by a white hardtop and stripes along its shoulders that make it that more cooler. The company wanted to make this one surfer favorite by adding an old-school 4 Wheel Drive decal on the tailgate, 17-inch wheels and brushed silver trim.

The second special version will be the Smoky Mountain edition which appears to be a lot toned down with almost the militaristic look. As you can see from the pictures, it has its trim blacked out all around from the 18-inch wheels to the headlights, bumpers, and grille giving it a more mysterious and very sophisticated feel. The only thing that pretty much screams on this vehicle is the graphic along the side of the hood, well that and the polished fascia on the wheels and the white lettering on the off-road tires.

Price

Both of these beauties can be had with a choice between standard two door or Unlimited four-door body style with the price tag that ranges from as much as $35k to nearly $40k, at least according to what AutoGuide reported. Both of these look awesome from the pictures and they somehow manage to make you fall in love immediately, I can only imagine what the feeling will be when we see them live and actually get to touch these vehicles.

My name is Miloš Kalajdžić and I come from Brčko DC in Bosnia. I was born on July 20 th 1988 and so far I obtained a BSc in economics and one year of working experience in my field of study. I am a very hard-working person who leaves nothing unfinished and halfway done. When I commit to something I give my best to make sure that everything is done the way as it is supposed to be. I like cars and everything that comes with them. My passion are American muscle cars, but unfortunately the closest I managed to come near one is behind my laptop watching an image of the new Chevy or Dodge and writing about it. But that’s ok I’m still optimistic. When I’m not behind the laptop writing I’m on the streets and auto shows admiring all stuff rolling on four wheels being propelled by a petrol engine!
