The Honda Civic Tour is popular among the Civic fans, and this year, the Japanese company celebrates it by showing off the Civic Type R that was designed by OneRepublic.

This custom car comes with a pretty much restrained design which makes it unique and it doesn’t exactly feel like the mighty Type R. Presented model has a gloss and matte black exterior with red details on the hood, a rear spoiler and side skirts. In addition, this one sits on the two-tone alloy wheels, specific OneRepublic badging and one inevitable detail which increases the value of this model – the autographs from everyone in the band.

This Type R version will be presented together with a custom Honda Rebel motorcycle, and according to the company, both vehicles were “inspired by the band’s love of modern architecture and clean design.”

Honda likes to keep their fans occupied and engaged, and that is why they plan to launch several contests including the “Which Civic R You?” The winner of this competition will win a worthy reward – they will be able to choose between the new Civic Sedan, Coupe, Hatch, Si or Type R. A Rebel motorcycle will also get in the hands of one lucky fan, who will have a chance to see OneRepublic perform live in the City of Angels.

The 2017 Honda Civic Tour started off earlier in July, and it goes alongside OneRepublic together with special guests – Fitz and The Tantrums and James Arthur. The tour will visit numerous cities across the USA and Canada such as Dallas, Phoenix, Montreal, Toronto and Mountain View California. It will officially finish on September 12th this year.
