Gronkowski’s Monster Game Helps Brady Win In His Homecoming

Last week Tom Brady made his return against the Cleveland Browns. Even though that game was in Ohio, there were so many Patriots’ fans that wanted to see Brady live in action and they went to Cleveland and made him a great comeback atmosphere. This week they had the chance to watch him in Foxboro and Patriots’ QB didn’t disappoint.

New England struggled a bit in the first half, but as soon as they got that first TD, it was an easy ride for the rest of the way. James White‘s TD put them up 10-7, then Gronkowski entered the end zone to put them up for good.

Speaking of Gronkowski, this man had a monster game. Bengals just had no answer for him in the second half. He was catching passes all over the field, on all Cincinnati defenders and he even did some trash talking after making some spectacular plays. He knew he was just on fire. Patriots tight end finished the game with seven receptions for 162 receiving yards and one TD.

Brady also followed his great performance against the Browns and went 29/35 for 376 yards and three touchdowns. No picks. Brady hasn’t lost a step. He himself said that he feels better now as a 39-year-old than ten years ago. And he backs that up with his play.

Pittsburgh will be New England’s next opponent, and we’ll get a chance to see two of the best offenses in the NFL go at it. Can’t miss that match.
