Even there are two weeks until the Money in the Bank PPV we are getting some details about the July pay-per-view duels that WWE has planned. July 15, is the date for which we are getting info about two clashes at the PPG Paints Arena in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. These are going to be a part of Extreme Rules event.

What we could see is that ads made for the Extreme Rules that will be held in July are including both the RAW and SmackDown stars. According to Dave Meltzer from Wrestling Observer Newsletter, we are already getting details about two duels that will be held at the 2018 edition of Extreme Rules.

Here is what he said: “They are promoting two matches for that show, although it’s hard to believe that they would main event a PPV show with Reigns & Strowman & Lashley vs. Owens & Zayn & Mahal as is being advertised. The other match advertised is Bryan vs. Joe, plus matches with Styles, Nakamura, Rollins, Balor, Jeff Hardy, New Day, Charlotte, Carmella, Jax, Bliss, Banks and Asuka. It’s notable that Rousey is not announced for this show, nor is John Cena or Brock Lesnar.”

Extreme Rules event represents a great way to fill the time gap between Money in the Bank and SummerSlam. If all the reports that we received come true we are sure that many feuds that we see on Monday and Tuesday nights will be prolonged and we will be seeing more of those during summer months.

We are not surprised for not seeing Brock Lesnar and John Cena names at the show, but what is strange is that Ronda Rousey might not be present at the Extreme Rules event. This will definitely raise some eyebrows as she is the number one contender from the women’s RAW division.

Two matches that have been announced promise a lot of great fun and some fantastic moves as we will see Roman Reigns, Braun Strowman and Bobby Lashley that will clash with Kevin Owens, Jinder Mahal and Sami Zayn. The duel between Samoa Joe and Daniel Bryan is another match that is expected to elevate this event to the next level.
