Dwayne Johnson is a busy man, but despite that, he always has time to read messages from the fans and support everyone who supports him. Recently, he encouraged a terminally ill fan and made her wish come true.

The Rock who is currently 45, posted a short video on Instagram where he sent a message to 76-year old grandmother Judy Rosenberg, who has been surviving the days in the hospital thanks to the Dwayne Johnson cutout in her room. The former WWE star captioned the video: “This kind of stuff will always be the best part of fame.”

The Hollywood star received an email which was about Judy Rosenberg and her rich life. Unfortunately, she had to be hospitalized because of stage four pancreatic cancer. Judy has been married for 57 years, has had five children and 17 grandchildren and is one of the biggest Johnson fans. Certainly, that cutout of Johnson from when he was younger in his underwear helps the grandma go through the day.

Even though the entire family supports her and is there for her, the grandmother wanted to hear from Johnson who sent her air kisses as she insisted. “Judy, you’re beautiful” Johnson said. “Myself and the millions of people who are watching this are sending you all the love and all the positive energy in the world. We love you. Stay strong.”

If you want to see the whole video, you can do it here, or on Dwayne Johnson’s Instagram. As we all know, this isn’t the first time the Moana star has sent positive energy to his fans. He is definitely using his fame the right way, to encourage and support people all across America and the rest of the world.
