Looking at the situation in Hollywood you will hardly find a man on a tighter schedule than Dwayne Johnson. Plus, he is pretty much the most bankable name as he can turn almost any project into a box office hit. Info about Red Notice came suggesting that the production could start as early as January and that we will see Gal Gadot as his co-star.

Just recently Rampage was launched and next in line is Skyscraper while in the near future Jungle Cruise will be finished. After that, we expect for The Rock to start working with Jason Statham on Fast And The Furious spinoff centered around Hobbs and Shaw.

Name of the spinoff is still not set in stone, but something like Hobbs & Shaw has been speculated. Red Notice is being prepared, and Johnson will most likely start the work on this project in January of the next year. Reportedly, this one will bring him a fat paycheck at $20 million, so there are high expectations from the film. Another good thing that we could hear about Red Notice is that the lead female character might be played by Gal Gadot that we know from Wonder Woman and DC Comics.

There are still many things that we do not know about Red Notice for sure, at this moment we know it will come in 2020 while the synopsis says: “An Interpol agent tracks the world’s most wanted art thief.” This is not a lot but is a good starting point for an action-packed movie.

While it is obvious that Johnson will play an Interpol agent, it isn’t clear what will be Gadott’s role. One of the options certainly is for her to be the art thief that is mentioned. If this happens, we will see slightly different Dwayne as he might not get so many chances to flex his muscles against a female character.

Director Rawson Marshall Thurber already worked with The Rock on Central Intelligence and Skyscraper, so this one might be another great release. Knowing how many projects are there in line for Dwayne, we are afraid that he might get fatigue and that some of the future movies will suffer because of that. One of those that we are eager to see is the sequel of Jumanji: Welcome To The Jungle, and we could hear Sony slating it for Christmas of the next year launch.
