Like you probably know Dwayne Johnson is going to be a father for the third time. After Simone Johnson from his marriage with Dany Garcia and Jasmine Lia from his current relationship with Lauren Hashian, The Rock is expecting another daughter with his current girlfriend, Lauren.
Everything went smoothly for People’s Champ until his daughter Jasmine decided that she doesn’t want another baby in the family. During his latest appearance at The Ellen DeGeneres Show, the actor talked about his excitement of having another daughter.
Jumanji: Welcome To The Jungle actor joked about the fact that he only has female children: “I can’t make boys — not that I want to. Girl power.”
The Fast & Furious star continued by saying that his second daughter Jasmine Lia was happy for her sister but that in the mid-time she had a change of heart: “Every day, she points to Mommy’s belly [and says], ‘There’s my little sister.’ Out of the blue, about a week and a half ago, we were eating breakfast … and I mean, out of the blue, we have her cartoons on, she’s eating, she looks up, and she goes, ‘I don’t want a baby sister.’ Firm, direct eye contact and that was it.”
The host of the show, Ellen DeGeneres asked what Johnson’s response to this was. Dwayne did what he thought was the best and postponed the discussion for a later date: ”Okay, sure, great. Great. We’ll talk about it, let’s finish your breakfast, and we’ll talk. So I’m in trouble.”
The funny tone of the conversation was continued when Ellen joked that now Johnson will have to give his daughter away to which he responded: “We’re talking about it now, yes. So you and [wife Portia de Rossi], get ready.”
We’re sure that Johnson won’t have any issues bonding his daughters being an amazing father that he is.
