The movie industry is certainly one of the biggest, and while there are people that might not like each other in Hollywood, it is great to see that they will always stand together in times of great need. Harassment scandals are continuing to shake the foundation of this business, but there is the light at the end of the tunnel as men like Dwayne Johnson are strongly supportive towards all the victims.

Just like every year, Golden Globes ceremony is one of the biggest and most important events for every person involved in the movie business. On that occasion, we are used to seeing women wearing cheerful and colorful gowns that perfectly match their sculpted figures. But this time, it will be different. Industry insiders stated that many actresses would wear the black color as the sign of protest.

While whole this ordeal is quite disturbing and we are truly disappointed with acts of some major names in the Hollywood we need to commend actors that will stand beside their female colleagues. As their form of protest, they will also opt for the black combo. One of the leading celebrity stylist, Ilaria Urbinati, posted on Instagram that many of her clients will back this up with choosing black suits and gowns. Among the stars that she is working with are: Dwayne Johnson, Tom Hiddlestone, Armie Hammer, etc.

Here is what Urbinati wrote: “Because everyone keeps asking me… YES, the men WILL be standing in solidarity with women on this wearing-all-black movement to protest against gender inequality at this year’s Golden Globes. At least ALL MY GUYS will be. Safe to say this may not be the right time to choose to be the odd man out here… just sayin…”

Soon after this post has been published by celebrity stylist, we could see Dwayne commenting by saying “Yes we will,” and thus expressing his support once again.

It is now clear how bad this has been and that it affected some of the greatest names in the industry. Among those that were flagged for inappropriate behavior and misconduct towards the women are Harvey Weinstein, Matt Lauer, Dustin Hoffman, Louis C.K. and many more.
