Dwayne Johnson Will Host an Event to Honor Pearl Harbor Anniversary

A special music and entertainment event will take place on Saturday, October 22, at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam. This event will mark the 75th anniversary of Pearl Harbor attack and the host will be a famous actor, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson.

The event is called “Rock the Troops” and it is due to start at 5:30 p.m. The gates will open at 3 p.m.

Kevin Hart, Jack Black, and Nick Jonas are just some of the stars that will perform at the event. Johnson is the one who announced them on his Facebook page, but on Monday we will know who else will join this trio.

The event is open to military and DoD ID cardholders which include military and their family members, DoD civilians and retirees. DoD ID cardholders will be able to sponsor guests, but they will need a valid “Rock The Troops” pass which they will show at the entrance.

Food and drink will also be available at the event and you will be able to pay in cash only. Furthermore, no official tickets will be on sale for the anniversary, but entry restrictions apply.

Spike TV will be filming the event which will be aired later.
