Dwayne Johnson was spotted in Oahu, Hawaii, as he went to his grandfather’s grave with his loved ones. The famous actor came together with his mom Ata Johnson, his girlfriend Lauren Hashian and his daughter Simone Alexandra Johnson.

Although the 44-year-old star visited a graveyard, it appeared that he wasn’t said. The Rock celebrated the life of his grandfather and remembered all the good times they spend together instead of mourning his passing.

He wore an Under Armour T-shirt and shorts together with neon green trainers. He also had a baseball cap with Brahma Bull logo. The family had fun, they relaxed and even played music on a ukulele. It was a rather joyous occasion.

It appears that Dwayne Johnson’s role model was his grandfather High Chief Peter Maivia, who was also a professional wrestler. Unfortunately, he got cancer and passed away at age 45. Dwayne had the honor to induce his granddad posthumously into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2008. Dwayne’s mom Ata received the award on her father’s behalf.

However, Dwayne Johnson is also shooting Jumanji in Hawaii. He decided to joke with the fans who are camping in front of the set, so he posted a picture on Instagram saying that the shooting is the jungle is over.

Yet, he greeted the fans and went back to the set. He wrote: ‘I find that messin’ with fans helps combat my fatigue from workin’ all day/night. Luv y’all and as always, thanks for waiting. #OnLocation #Hawaii #Jumanji,’

The movie will hit theaters in July next year. Besides Johnson, Kevin Hart, Karen Gillan, Nick Jonas and Jack Black also star in the movie.
