Thanks to a great success which the first installment of this movie made, and the vast amount of followers and fans that it has gathered in a short period of time, no wonder producers are planning the second part of Deadpool. Apparently, it is going to be released in 2018, and it will introduce new characters Cable (played by Kyle Chandler) or Domino (played by Mackenzie Davis).

What sparked talks about the second part of Marvel’s superhero movie Deadpool, is the glimpse of a new Deadpool 2 character that was featured in the post-credit scene in the new X-Men movie named “Apocalypse“. In that post-credit scene, they teased the audience with the exciting arrival of the Mister Sinister to X-Men movie franchise, but the idea was to make a tag tease for Deadpool 2 movie where the shot sequence featured a new character in a special costume.

According to CinemaBlend director Bryan Singer and producer/writer Simon Kinberg revealed this in the audio commentary for X-Men: Apocalypse. After that Singer explained himself by saying “We did a tag that we really couldn’t do – which I can stick on the DVD. It would have been for ‘Deadpool,’ and unfortunately, it wouldn’t have had the right costume for the character they’re going to add to ‘Deadpool 2.’ I don’t want to give that away”.

The new character should be Cable or Domino, and the talk is that the Kyle Chandler and Mackenzie Davis have already been contacted about the parts. Cable (Nathan Summers in the movie) is a character that has time travel and telekinesis abilities, and he is a son of Cyclops and Jean Grey’s clone, Madelyne Pryor. Domino will have telekinetic abilities, apparently, and should get romantically involved with our favorite superhero Deadpool in this sequel.

No need to say this, but it does not hurt, the talks with Ryan Reynolds about his continuing through Deadpool 2 have already been made, and we will see him in this one as well.
