Well, this is something new, and probably something that you or any other dance teacher has ever seen before. A new season premiere of Dancing with the Stars is out, and it looked awesome, especially with a combo of WWE and world’s most famous dance – the tango. The season premiere showcased Nikki Bella and Artem Chigvintsev doing this weird tango, but they first presented it to the WWE audience.

“I cannot describe how happy I am to have Nikki as my partner. I’ve never felt such a rush” is a statement that came from Chigvintsev which he gave before Bella introduced him on WWE’s Monday Night Raw. I believe that this statement was a bit premature and Artem might actually change his mind if Nikki continues to body slam him in the middle of the dance. But all kidding aside the intro of the next season of Dancing with the Stars on the Monday Night Raw was awesome. Nikki at one point yelled “Do you guys want a little taste of what we have in store for you this season?” after which she picked Artem up like he is a bag of grass and slammed him on the ground. She gave Artem some credit though when she said “I body-slammed him and he survived. That means he can handle me.” How many of you guys/girls out there could endure that hit?!

But that was not all from Artem, he once again showed he can handle Nikki, and it was during their first dance which is a tango. Artem stated that “Tango is a great dance for Nikki because she’s very powerful.” And indeed he was right, they both looked awesome while dancing rhythmically. Somewhere in the middle of the dance things got changed to a very rough routine that was done to Pink’s So What, and everything looked so fierce with fiery pyrotechnics and blazing red costumes. Of course, it was the time for Nikki to demonstrate her qualities and that is when she flipped her partner onto his back.

Check out the video of the dance below.

Len Goodman, one of the judges, gave a “well done” for the dance but there was one notion, and it regarded Nikki who apparently has a bad habit of looking down while she dances. Len advised her to “lift your chin up and sizzle.” The final score for one of the strongest performances that night was 7 out of 10 from Goodman and Carrie Ann Inaba, and a 6 from Bruno Tonioli, which gave her a total of 20, which put her in the fourth position out of 13 competitors. We think that it is not that bad especially when you consider just how difficult and graceful tango is and just how Nikki is, well Nikki the WWE star.
