Cruz Calls Trump ‘Bully, Narcissist, Pathological Liar’

Cruz vs Trump

Republican presidential candidate, Senator Ted Cruz  called his rival Donald Trump a “pathological liar,” “bully” and narcissist during a press conference in Indiana.

Sen. Cruz made the statement in response to Trump’s allegation that his father was involved in the assassination of the late President John F. Kennedy (JFK). Trump claimed that the senator’s father, Rafael Cruz knew JFK’s assassin, Lee Harvey Oswald.

In an interview with Fox News, Trump said, “Nobody even brings it up. What was he doing with Lee Harvey Oswald shortly before the death, before the shooting?” The Republican presidential front-runner made the insinuation after the senator’s father encouraged Christians to vote for his son and stated that Trump as alternative could bring destruction to the United States and called the billionaire disgraceful.

Cruz says Trump’s source is a tabloid trash

Sen. Cruz fired back at Trump and emphasized that the billionaire’s source for his story was the National Enquirer, which he described as a “tabloid trash.” According to him, Trump is using the tabloid to smear anybody. This is not the first time Donald Trump has used David Pecker’s National Enquirer to go after my family. It was also the National Enquirer that went after my wife, Heidi. That just spread lies, blatant lies.”

Sen. Cruz noted that the National Enquirer re-wrote about the “idiotic story” about JFK and Trump was dismayed that the media did not repeat the story so he decided to do it himself and accuse his father.

He said, “My father has been my hero my whole life. My dad was imprisoned and tortured in Cuba and when he came to America, he had nothing. He washed dishes making 50 cents an hour. He is exactly the kind of person Donald Trump looks down,” said the Senator.

Furthermore, the Senator said, “I’m gonna tell you what I really think about Donald Trump. This man is a pathological liar. He lies practically every word that comes out of his mouth and he had a pattern that I think straight out of a psychology textbook. The man cannot tell the truth, but combines it with being a narcissist. The man is utterly amoral.”

“Donald is a bully … bullies don’t come from strength they come from weakness. Bullies come from a deep yawning cavern of insecurity.”
