Is CBS on the verge of canceling another show? There are some speculations on Code Black Season 3 not being scheduled. These rumors have drawn the attention of the series’ fans, who started to follow news and novelties on social networks seeking for further information. This is what is currently lying on the table.

The show’s setting is an Emergency Room in Los Angeles. This place has a bad reputation because of the lack of supplies that cannot endure a great number of patients who arrive constantly. For this reason, the whole phenomenon that was created there is known as Code Black. The Season two involves the following cast crew: Marcia Gay Harden, Rob Lowe, Benjamin Hollingsworth, Harry Ford, Luis Guzman, Melanie Chandra, William Allen Young, Boris Kodjoe, and Jillian Murray.

Code Black Ratings of the TV show

When it comes to the rating of the previous season, it reached 0.97 rating in 18-49 demographic, which means that it has had 5.98 million viewers. But the unfortunate circumstance is that if compared to the first episode, ratings have dropped to a great extent. They have plummeted by 24% in the demo and by 16% in the number of viewers.

Telly’s Take

If we are to judge by these data above, it is obvious that some changes for Season 2 have been made to turn the audience aside. The producers probably expected that these additions would make the popularity of Code Black grow but it only succeeded in making it far worse. Perhaps, had the producers not been eager on these changes, the show would have had much better ratings at this very moment. For all these reasons it is speculated that the series will be canceled very soon. It is predicted that its production cease will be definitely announced in May 2017. Stay tuned for more information.
