This is not the first time that wrestlers we see on NXT are getting a lot of attention due to their incredible performance that threatens to outshine RAW and Smackdown. On the other hand, Braun Strowman is not convinced suggesting that RAW and Smackdown are still better.

The Monster Among Men stated how there are some great talents in the developmental division but due to the number of superstars that are on the main roster, it is hard for NXT to outshine them.

Here is what he said: “You know it’s hard to tell. Because we’re so studded right now on the main roster that there’s a lot of talented athletes in NXT, but what they have down there right now, I don’t see anything outshining [what] we have on the main roster. Everybody’s trying to make it through a hole this big. Everybody’s in a huge funnel in developmental. I was in it at one point and you’re just swirling around trying to get through that tiny hole.”

Over the past few years, we did see some major stars transferred from NXT to the main roster and names such Roman Reigns, Dean Ambrose, Alexa Bliss, Charlotte Flair are just some of the performers that come to our mind. Braun Strowman is also one of the guys that were in the developmental division after which he joined Bray Wyatt’s Wyatt Family in 2015 and debuted on the main roster.

Not long after that, the 6ft 8in, 385lb Strowman started his single career and tearing apart pretty much all RAW big guys. He managed to win against Reigns, Big Show and Rollins. The Monster Among Men had great success in the period after WrestleMania 34 as he took RAW Tag Team Championships, Money in the Bank briefcase and first Greatest Royal Rumble Match.
