BlackBerry Ltd (BBRY) ‘Well-Positioned’ In Indian Enterprise Market: Chen

BlackBerry Ltd (NASDAQ:BBRY) (TSE:BB) is counting heavily on its enterprise solutions and is “well positioned” in the Indian enterprise market. BlackBerry is armed with a pretty good line of handsets that have the potential to achieve the purpose with support from the end-to-end mobility solutions from the company.

“We are also well-positioned to provide our enterprise customers with the best, most secure end-to-end enterprise mobility solutions,” CEO John Chen told PTI.

BlackBerry enjoys strong user base in India

Chen further said the company has a good grasp on the Indian market and they are well-equipped to provide the most secure end-to-end enterprise mobility solutions to their enterprise customers. The Canadian company made several wins in the Indian market and has won new customers that include Indiabulls, Nishith Desai Associates, ITC, AZB & Partners, Bharucha & Partners. The CEO believes that the momentum of adding new customers in the Indian market will continue in future as well.

The Indian enterprise customers are being constantly targeted by BlackBerry Ltd (NASDAQ:BBRY) (TSE:BB) informs Chen. “In India specifically, we are aggressively targeting large, mid-level and small businesses alike. Late last year, we announced the opening of BlackBerry Enterprise Solutions (BES) Centres in Mumbai and Gurgaon as part of our focus on the enterprise mobility market,” he added.

More opportunities in future

 Chen told to PTI that there are ample opportunities for the company in the near future in the enterprise mobility market and the company has already laid out a plan for growth that will help it lead the enterprise mobility market. Devices, software, servers and network offered by BlackBerry Ltd. (NASDAQ:BBRY) are the most secure in the market and therefore, Chen believes that his company already leads the market.

Chen informed that the new centres established in India by BlackBerry Ltd (NASDAQ:BBRY) (TSE:BB) will be assigned the task of catering to the needs of the enterprise customers and will work towards providing them with robust enterprise mobility management solutions.

Chen said that the company has a strong base in India, which has become the priority market for the company, and it attempts to gain further in the market by keeping the customer needs and expectations at priority. Therefore, they listen to what their customers want from them and try to deliver it with perfection.
