Everybody knew that WWE is going to shake up the rosters eventually, but nobody really thought that it’s going to happen as quickly as it has been announced. Vince McMahon was present at the Monday Night Raw to bring the news that Kurt Angle is going to be the new General Manager for the Red Brand. Vince also mentioned that we are going to get a superstar shakeup next week.
As soon as he said that, people started talking about which stars could switch brands. Right now, the rumors are going on that there are some big players that are going to have a new home starting next week. It’s no secret that Vince McMahon is a big fan of AJ Styles. The fact that he always wants that his flagship show Monday Night Raw is stronger than Smackdown is also not something that is surprising. That is why AJ Styles is rumored to switch shows and appear on Monday Night Raw.
There were talks about Roman Reigns appearing on Smackdown Live, but those reports are not true as he is right now scheduled to be in the number one contender feud with Braun Strowman. As far as which superstars could see a move from Raw to the blue brand, Charlotte is a strong candidate, just like the New Day who would definitely benefit from a change of scenery.
Multiple reports also are saying that The Drifter and Andrade “Cien” Almas are going to make their main roster debuts next week. The Drifter Ellias Sampson look like a guy made for Smackdown live, while Almas might be the one to boost Raw’s Cruiserweight division.
