Big WWE Star Missing Wrestlemania 34

WWE is always trying to have all of their biggest stars available on the Wrestlemania card in order to put the best show that they can. Over the past couple of years, they had some big names that were injured when the event took place, and they had to sit out. Others have missed it for some other reasons. There is almost no year when WWE doesn’t have a star that needs to miss Mania and this round is going to be no different.

New Orleans will not get to watch Chris Jericho battling somebody at Wrestlemania 34 as we now know that he is going to miss this event. Jericho will be clashing with Kenny Omega during the first weekend in January at the Wrestle Kingdom, the biggest show that New Japan Pro Wrestling does every year.

Right now he is a free agent, and that will be a one-off deal for Jericho to work with Omega and battle for the New Japan Pro Wrestling most important title, the IWGP Championship.

There have been some reports that Jericho is going to appear on Raw’s 25th Anniversary show and that he will make his return then, but that his appearance there is also going to be one-off.

Y2J won’t be at the Royal Rumble, an event that takes place only a couple of days after Anniversary Raw as he is touring with his band Fozzy.

That is the same reason that is going to cause him to miss Wrestlemania. Fozzy announced that they will be touring in the month of March and April, with them having over 20 dates to do over the course of twice as many days. That means Jericho is not going to be available to be on Raw and build up his match and on top of that, this guy is also not going to be at Mania at all since he will be with his band when the event takes place in Big Easy.
