With many fans expecting this pay per view to be one of the worst of the year, the performers and the writers had nothing else to do but to either exceed the expectations or to do just what we expected. At the end of the night, we have to say that this event was quite decent and that it was watchable. WWE has done a nice job here, and we need to applaud them.

One of the matches that made this show receive a thumbs up rating is the triple threat match for the United States Championship between Baron Corbin, Bobby Roode, and Dolph Ziggler.

Everyone did the job the right way. Baron Corbin was that huge force that he needs to be. The fans booed him for all the right reasons. This guy displayed just how good he can be and how smooth some of his moves can look. That deep six that he does is a thing of beauty.

Ziggler was also quite good. We know that he can be a beast in the ring and that is what he has shown. When he gets enough time, Ziggler can wrestle with anybody. Even though he is a heel, the fans liked him and wanted him to do well in the match.

Bobby Roode was really over with the fans. Boston loved every single thing that he did, and they cheered for him. This is a great thing for Roode who should be a big-time player for Smackdown Live in 2018.

In the end, Dolph Ziggler won the championship which is giving him something to do and is giving a chance to all the mid-card babyfaces to have a great match with one of the best in-ring performers and elevate themselves on the Smackdown Live ladder.
