Best Buy (BBY) & Sprint (S) Offer 1-Year Free Phone Service to Students

Best Buy Co., Inc (NYSE:BBY) and Sprint Corporation (NYSE:S) are offering a one-year free phone service to bonafide students under the Unlimited, My Way Plan starting today until January 4 next year.

Under the plan, eligible students who would buy qualifying phones will get free unlimited talk, text, and 1GB data for smartphones or unlimited talk, text, and blocked data for basic phones for 12 months. Students who want to avail unlimited data, will only need to pay $10 per month.

All interested students should visit any retail store of Best Buy Co., Inc (NYSE:BBY), purchase a Sprint phone, choose the Unlimited, My Way plan, and provide credentials such as school I.D. to prove that they are actively enrolled in an elementary, high school, college, university, or accredited institute in the United States. The plan is only offered at Best Buy retail stores.

In addition, all students who would remain on the Sprint network will enjoy unlimited talk, text, and data for life under the Sprint Unlimited Guarantee. However, the price of the plan will be reverted to its normal price of $70 per month after one year.

Any student who would a add new line on the Unlimited, My Way plan or My All-In plan under to his or her plan at Best Buy will get an additional 12 months free phone service.

The plan is exclusively available at all Best Buy Co., Inc (NYSE:BB) and Best Buy mobile stores across the United States. Sprint  Corporation (NYSE:S) does not offer the plan at its stores.
