Apple iPhone X and iPhone 8 Live Event

Apple iPhone X and iPhone 8 devices are pretty much most anticipated smartphones, and finally, we will be getting official info from Apple live event. Alongside these gadgets, Apple Watch and Apple TV are also scheduled for updates.

While we are waiting for the start of the event, we will bring info on what we know so far. The main actor in this play of Cupertino-based tech giant will definitely be iPhone X. New flagship device could reach $1,000 which will make it the first one to breach that figure but also the most expensive smartphone from the company.

While we are far from delivering exact specifications for any of these gadgets we could hear reports and rumors about X that will be coming without TouchID fingerprint sensor. The OLED will cover edge-to-edge front side meaning we are getting a bezel-free model.

Existing iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus will also be updated, and iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus devices should be unveiled. The design will be updated but just like with previous generations we do not expect to see any major appearance change. Among the potential upgrades is the A11 chip that should boost the speed. Another thing that is expected is the wireless charging.

When it comes to Apple Watch, we could hear stories that new gadget will come with LTE support meaning you will not depend on your iPhone so much. The Apple TV improvement should include support for 4K and HDR video.

This is not all as we should see software upgrades delivered by Apple. iOS 11, macOS High Sierra and watchOS 4 were announced. While we do not expect to see all of those introduced, we do think that release date should be officially stated.

Just like always with big companies like Apple, it is possible for them to deliver something more. When Tim Cook hits the stage, we will get more details. Have in mind that this event will be held in the newly opened Steve Jobs Theater at the Apple Campus.
