The third generation BMW 6 Series was launched back in 2011, but even after six years, this car is one of the most beautiful vehicles in the premium mid-size segment. It has been available in coupe and convertible version, and for the US market, the 6 Series is ready for some cosmetic tweaks.

Price, Release Date and Engine

You will be able to find the 2018 BMW 6 Series in the US from next spring, but the prices are not familiar yet. There are no changes under the hood of the new model. The new model will sport a turbocharged 3.0-liter I6 unit that is good for 315 hp. Moreover, a 4.4-liter V8 powerplant will also be offered, and it pumps out impressive 445 horses.

The prototypes of the next-generation have already been spotted on the streets, which indicates that the introduction of the new 6 Series will be by the end of 2017 or at the beginning of 2018. Final tests are underway, so we are positive that this vehicle will be announced soon.
